Delivery Information

At WeRPCs it is our belief that your products should be delivered to your door step on time and in the best possible condition. By purchasing from WeRPCs you are assured of prompt delivery and overall purchase satisfaction. We have a dedicated team to ensure that your experience is quick and hassle free.
 

  • We offer FREE Shipping (specified on the Product detail page) on all products ordered on our website. 
  • Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you are requested to place an order for each address. 
  • We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within the same working days of the order. However, in some cases, we may take longer, if in case the unit is not available at a FSL near you then we will ship it from the next closest FSL or our Regional Warehouse. 
  • We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. 
  • While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or unavailability. 
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care 1800 -3000-2836 between 10 AM to 6 PM- Monday to Saturday or email support@werpcs.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that we resolve the issue at the earliest. 
  • Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
